El auxilio a que se refiere el artículo anterior se aplicará a la terminación del edificio destinado al funcionamiento de dicho Centro Juvenil y a la dotación de sus aulas y talleres. Será cubierto por el Gobierno Nacional, al representante autorizado de la comunidad salesiana en Duitama, en tres contados anuales de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) en cada una de las vigencias fiscales inmediatamente posteriores a la sanción de la presente Ley.
