En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia se incluirá, la partida señalada en el artículo 1°, y en caso de no serlo, el Gobierno Nacional queda facultado para hacer las traslaciones y apropiaciones que sean necesarias, a fin de dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
