º . Solamente podrán ejercer la profesión de Ingeniero Químico en el Territorio Nacional

Quienes obtengan o hayan obtenido título de Ingeniero Químico, expedido por cualquier Universidad o Escuela Universitaria reconocida por el Gobierno Nacional de acuerdo con las normas legales y que funcione o haya funcionado en el país;

Quienes obtengan o hayan obtenido título de Ingeniero Químico, expedido por Universidad o Escuela Universitaria que funcione legalmente en otro país, y que hayan convalidado y homologado el respectivo título ante el Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior -ICFES-.
