ARTICULO 33. Organismos Consultivos. El Ministro podrá organizar con carácter temporal o permanente, organismos consultivos o coordinadores que le presten asesoría en los asuntos a su cargo. En el acto de constitución de estos organismos se precisarán las materias en las cuales se ocuparán y se reglamentarán su funcionamiento.
