° Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de este Decreto se considerarán incluídos en la partida general votada para esta clase de erogaciones por el artículo 4° de la Ley 100 de 1923, dándosele aplicación tan pronto como se haya obtenido la apertura de un crédito administrativo extraordinario, fundado en los preceptos de la Ley antes mencionada y con sujeción a los trámites de la Ley 34 de 1923.
