Artículo tercero. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional, a través de Coldeportes, adelantará para los fines propuestos, campañas publicitarias e ilustrativas que intereses a la juventud colombiana, no solo en el evento mundial a realizarse, sino también en la practica del baloncesto en cualquier nivel y para todas las edades y sexos que incentiven igualmente, al sector privado a participar decididamente en su organización y apoyo económico y humano.
