Decreto 1220 de 1977 · Por el cual se aprueba la reforma de los estatutos del fondo nacional de caminos vecinales

La Junta Directiva puede sesionar válidamente con la mayoría absoluta de sus miembros y sus decisiones las tomará con la mayoría de los asistentes.

Parágrafo

primero. Las decisiones que sobrepasen la suma de $ 1.000.000.00 deben contar con el voto favorable e indelegable del señor Ministro de Obras Públicas y Transporte.

Parágrafo

segundo. La Junta Directiva podrá establecer dentro de su seno, comisiones para trabajos o estudios especiales.
