º . De los créditos educativos . El Fondo Nacional de Ahorro podrá otorgar crédito educativo a sus afiliados, directamente o a través de convenios con entidades de derecho público o privado, nacionales o internacionales, de acuerdo con las reglas que se señalan en el presente decreto. Estos créditos estarán dirigidos a fomentar los estudios de pregrado y postgrado, en instituciones de educación superior, estos últimos en Colombia o en el exterior.
