La identificación del talento humano en salud se consultará por medio del Registro Único Nacional del Talento Humano en Salud (Rethus). El cumplimiento de los requisitos para ejercer el nivel técnico profesional, tecnológico, profesión u ocupación, se verificará a través del Registro Único Nacional del Talento Humano en Salud (Rethus), conforme a la reglamentación que expida el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social en un plazo no mayor a seis (6) meses contados a partir de la expedición de este decreto ley.
