Autorizase al Consejo Nacional de Medicina para contratar con la Academia Nacional de la Historia o con historiadores particulares, la compilación de la bibliografía medica a partir de la primera década del siglo próximo pasado. Aprópiese la suma de cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40.000) para este fin.
