Artículo cuarto. La dirección y administración del Fondo Rotatorio Agropecuario será ejercida por una junta integrada así: El Ministro de Agricultura o el delegado que el designe; El Secretario Técnico; El Secretario Administrativo, y El Jefe de la División de Extensión del mismo Ministerio.
