Todos los pensionados por jubilación, invalidez y vejez de que trata esta Ley o las personas a quienes legalmente se transmita el derecho, recibirán cada año, dentro de la primera quincena de diciembre el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de una mensualidad en forma adicional a su pensión. Esta suma será pagada por quien tenga a su cargo la cancelación de la pensión, sin que exceda de la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00).
