° En el caso de que el Instituto necesitare bienes muebles en concepto de compra, se fijará el valor de los elementos en la forma establecida en el artículo 2° del presente Decreto, y el producto de la venta será consignado en depósito en la Tesorería General de la República, con destino a servir de base para la apertura de créditos administrativos que permitan complementar las apropiaciones destinadas a la construcción de obras del respectivo Ministerio.
