ARTICULO 100. Revocación de la suspensión condicional. Podrá revocarse la suspensión condicional de la medida de seguridad cuando oído el concepto de perito, se haga necesaria su continuación. Transcurridos diez (10) años continuos desde la suspensión condicional (de una medida de seguridad de duración máxima indeterminada )*, el juez declarará su extinción, previo dictamen de perito.
