Los fondos que se recauden por concepto de servicios permanentes y especiales de vigilancia se consignarán en cuenta especial que manejará el Cajero General de la Policía Nacional en Bogotá.

Parágrafo

Con los fondos a que se refiere este artículo, el Cajero General hará el pago de los servicios personales, girará el diez por ciento (10%) a que se refiere el artículo 13 de este Decreto a la Sección de Bienestar Social de Bogotá y el saldo lo situará mensualmente en el Departamento de Servicios Administrativos de la Policía Nacional en la cuenta de "Fondos Disponibles" con destino a la adquisición de elementos y demás necesidades del servicio.
