Los aspirantes a obtener licencia de actor deberán presentar ante El Ministerio de Comunicaciones los siguientes documentos: 1Solicitud en papel sellado, dirigida al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, con autenticación de la firma por la Secretaria General del Ministerio o autoridad competente. 2. Cedula de ciudadanía o tarjeta de identidad. Dirección y teléfono del solicitante. 3. Licencia de actor radio actor, radio animador o director artístico expedida por el Ministerio, si se le hubiere otorgado otra cuya validez expiro o si se deseare obtener una de carácter permanente.
