LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 3.1.13.1.6 Independencia de las cuentas en el depósito de valores.

Cada cartera colectiva deberá tener identificada en el depósito de valores una cuenta segregada y diferenciada de las de la sociedad administradora de la cartera colectiva, de las demás carteras colectivas que sean administradas por esta y de las de sus otros clientes, en la que se depositen los títulos o valores que conforman su portafolio.
