El individuo que sin derecho se permitiere usar las condecoraciones o las usare en grado o grados superiores, incurrirá en una sanción disciplinaria sin perjuicio de las demás penas a que se haga acreedor, de conformidad con las leyes penales y demás disposiciones pertinentes. Igualmente se hará acreedor a una sanción disciplinaria quien no las usare de acuerdo a las disposiciones vigentes.
