MEDIDAS DISCIPLINARIA ESPECIALES. En operaciones especiales de orden público podrán imponerse, a juicio del respectivo superior y con carácter temporal, medias disciplinarias diferentes a las previstas en el artículo 86, siempre que no vayan contra la salud o la dignidad del infractor, dejando constancia en todo caso de las razones o motivos que lo llevaron a aplicar la medida.
