Artículo 3º La Oficina de estadística constituirá la Sección 5ª del Ministerio de Fomento, y será servida por los empleados que se expresan á continuación:

Un jefe de Sección que gozará del sueldo de doscientospesos mensuales………………………………………………………..…..$ 200

Un oficial Mayor con el sueldo de ciento sesenta pesos mensuales.......................................................................................$ 160

Tres escribientes con el sueldo de sesenta pesos cada uno…………......................................................................................$ 60
