Las ejecuciones por jurisdicción' coactiva para el cobro de las contribuciones de valorización, en mora total o parcial de pago se ejercerán por la Oficina de Ejecuciones Fiscales de la Corporación y los procesos seguirán el trámite que establece el Capítulo VIII del Libro Tercero. Sección 2, Tituló. XXVII, artículo.561 y siguientes del Código de Procedimiento Civil.

Las certificaciones, o reconocimiento de deuda fiscal serán Suscritos conjuntamente por el Jefe de la Oficina de Valorización y de la Pagadora Tesorera General de la Corporación:
