El propietario poseedor o tenedor de vehículos de servicio público colectivo de transporte municipal que incumpla el presente Decreto, será sancionado con una multa equivalente a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes y con arresto de diez (10) días.
