La Junta Asesora y de Contratos estará integrada por el Alcalde, quien la presidirá, los Secretarios, los Directores de los Departamento Asministrativos, el Personero y dos miembros elegidos por el Concejo Distrital. El Contralor tendrá en ella voz pero no voto. El Alcalde podrá determinar cuáles otros funcionarios de la Administración puedan asistir con voz a las deliberaciones de esta Junta. El Secretario General de la Alcaldia será Secretario de la Junta Asesora y de Contratos.
