Todo buque de matrícula nacional que con su transmisión perturbe el servicio radio-eléctrico de una fuerza naval colombiana, deberá suspenderla a indicación del Jefe de la misma. Las comunicaciones radio-eléctricas de las tuerzas navales colombianas tienen prioridad sobre las del servicio móvil, excepción hecha de los mensajes de auxilio (S. O. S.), de urgencia y de seguridad públicas.
