Auxíliase con la cantidad de novecientos mil pesos ($ 900.000.) a la Intendencia Nacional de Arauca, para la construcción y dotación de las siguientes obras:

Para construcción y dotación de un Hospital en el Municipio de Tame, la cantidad de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000.);

Para la construcción y dotación de un Hospital en el Corregimiento de Puerto Rondón, la cantidad de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000.);

Para la construcción y dotación de un Hospital en el Corregimiento de Cravo Norte, la cantidad de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000.).
