Las armas de los parques nacionales que, conforme al artículo 4.° de la lei de 11 de marzo del corriente año, puede vender el Poder Ejecutivo, serán ofrecidas en venta primeramente a los Gobiernos de los Estados, en cuyo caso la enajenacion se hará por contrario privado, celebrado con el Secretario de Guerra i Marina i con aprobacion del Poder Ejecutivo.
