Artículo único. A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, la expedición de patentes de personal para las embarcaciones que hacen el tráfico entre Neivá y Girardot, y que tengan su asiento principal en Neiva, se hará por la Inspección Fluvial de Neiva. Comuníquese y publíquese.
