Revístase al Presidente de la República de precisas facultades extraordinarias, por el término de seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la fecha de publicación de la presente ley, para expedir normas con fuerza material_ de ley dirigidas a integrar al Sector de Igualdad y Equidad con las entidades que defina como adscritas o vinculadas. Lo anterior, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 150 numeral 1 O de la Constitución Política.
