Artículo primero . Apruébase el Convenio sobre Turismo entre la República de Colombia y la República Socialista Federativa de Yugoslavia, firmado en Belgrado el 30 de junio de 1979, cuyo texto es:

CONVENIO SOBRE TURISMO ENTRE LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y LA REPUBLICA SOCIALISTA FEDERATIVA DE YUGOESLAVIA

El Gobierno de la República de Colombia y la República Socialista Federativa de Yugoslavia, animados por el desarrollo de las relaciones amistosas entre los dos países, así como por el fenómeno de la cooperación en el campo de turismo y en interés común, han convenido lo siguiente:
