La cuantía de los préstamos de amortización gradual para el mejoramiento de vivienda campesina, será la siguiente: c) Para campesinos pobres hasta $ 4.000 de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 13 de la Ley 85 de 1946. d) Para campesinos pudientes hasta $ 8.000 e) Para hacendados, en los casos que contempla el inciso c) del artículo 14 de estos estatutos, hasta $ 20.000; y f) Para las otras entidades de que tratan los incisos d), e), f), g) y h) del artículo 14 de estos estatutos, la Junta Directiva del Instituto fijará las cuantías respectivas.
