El presente decreto sustituye integralmente el texto del decreto 687 de 1967, y por tanto las disposiciones del mismo no reproducidas, se tienen como derogadas a excepción hecha de su artículo 6º, pero únicamente en cuanto autoriza la emisión de "Bonos de Valor Constante para la seguridad Social", ya que su régimen de reajuste, inversión, intereses y materiales a fines, será establecido en el presente estatuto.
