Las infracciones a lo estipulado en los artículos anteriores, se castigaran con multas sucesivas de $ 10 a $ 500, que serán impuestas por el alcalde del lugar e ingresaran al respectivo tesoro municipal. Los funcionarios a que se refieren los artículos 8° y 9° , que no dieren cumplimiento a las disposiciones del presente decreto, serán sancionadas con multa de $ 10 a $100. Que serán impuestas por la gobernación o por el ministerio de agricultura y comercio e ingresaran al tesoro nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
