Art. 721. Siempre que prolongadas las antedichas líneas de demarcación, se corten una a otra, antes de llegar al agua, el triángulo formado por ellas i por el borde del agua, accederá a las dos heredades laterales; una línea recta que lo divida en dos partes iguales, tirada desde el punto de intersección hasta el agua, será la línea divisoria entre las dos heredades.
