° En conformidad con el artículo 2° de la citada Ley 72, todos los empleados que constituyen el tren municipal son agentes del Alcalde, y de él emana su nombramiento o remoción, con excepción del Personero, Tesorero y Jueces Municipales, cuya provisión corresponde, conforme a la Constitución, a los Concejos Municipales.
