Dentro de las cuotas de abastecimiento de que trata el artículo 1º, se incluirá un porcentaje de la produc ción que los ingenios entregan a los cañicultores o a terceros en virtud de contratos en los cuales se pactan pagos en es pecie. Los ingenios están obligados a retener y entregar al IDEMA las cuotas de azúcar que les corresponda a los c añicul tores y terceros, por la parte de producción que reciban en pago.
