El Instituto Técnico cederá a la nación para el funcionamiento del colegio el local que sobre planos aprobados por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y por el de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social está construyendo en la actualidad, y que la nación debe terminar para que esté en condiciones de prestar los servicios a que se destina.
