Art. 2.° Todos los individuos que soliciten pension por razon de invalidez, deberán ser reconocidos por los médicos del Hospital militar de esta ciudad ; i en la dilijencia de reconocimiento se espresará, con toda claridad, la clase de invalidez, segun la clasificacion hecha en el artículo anterior. Copia de esta dilijencia se acompañará a los documentos que se presenten a la respectiva Secretaría, justificativos del derecho a pension.
