Ley 29 de 1939 · Por la cual se dictan varias disposiciones referentes a la Banda Nacional de Músicos de Bogotá

La Banda Nacional de Músicos de Bogotá dependerá exclusivamente del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, y el personal será el que designan las Leyes 6 de 1935 y 134 de 1936 en el artículo 1.°

Parágrafo

Las asignaciones del personal de miembros de la Banda actualmente en servicio, serán las siguientes:

Un Director, $ 300.00 mensuales.

Un Músico Mayor, $ 150.00 mensuales.

Diez Profesores Solistas, cada uno $ 125.00 mensuales.

Treinta Profesores de primera clase, cada uno $ 115.00 mensuales.

Veinticinco Profesores de segunda clase, cada uno a $ 105.00 mensuales.

Cinco Profesores de tercera clase, cada uno a $ 90.00 mensuales.
