Vencido el término de que trata el articulo anterior, se dará traslado del expediente al inspector de islas y playones, o a falta de este, al respectivo Agente del Ministerio Público, quienes también podrán oponerse al arrendamiento o hacer las observaciones a que haya lugar, si con el contraviniere a las disposiciones del presente Decreto.
