Las penas correccionales que hayan de imponerse al Inspector general de las Bandas y á los Directores de éstas, por omisiones en el servicio que á cada uno corresponde, ó por faltas de buena conducta, consistirán siempre en multas, y las ordenará el respectivo Comandante General Divisionario, ó á falta de éste, el Jefe del Cuerpo á que la Banda pertenezca.
