ARTICULO 12 . SOCIOS. Los socios de las empresas de vigilancia y seguridad privada deberán ser personas naturales de nacionalidad colombiana.
Las empresas constituidas antes de la vigencia de este Decreto con socios o capital extranjero, no podrán aumentar la participación de los socios extranjeros.
