El artículo 29 del Decreto número 1538 de 1934, quedará así:

"La Junta Pro-Centenario estará integrada por los señores Ministro de Obras Públicas, Gobernador de Cundinamarca, Alcalde de Bogotá, dos miembros del Cabildo bogotano, uno de los cuales debe pertenecer a la representación obrera de dicha entidad, un delegado de la Sociedad de Mejoras y Ornalo, un delegado designado por los clubes, y otro por los bancos de la capital.

Parágrafo

La Junta se asesorará por el Director Municipal de Urbanismo, y podrá requerir los datos e informes de las oficinas públicas que sean necesarios para el desempeño de su cometido.
