Art. 77. La cuenta de cada estanco se abrirá el día 16 de Agosto de cada año i se cerrará el día 15 de Agosto del año siguiente, llevándose en el libro que dará al estanquero el administrador del ramo en la provincia, i asentándose las partidas de cargo i data en los respectivos ramos que se abran en dicho libro i conforme a las instrucciones que comunique el administrador.
