Vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga los artículos 40 y 45 del Decreto 2335 de 1971; en lo pertinente los artículo 1º, 2º, 3º, 4º y 5º del Decreto 2218 de 1984; artículos 1º, 3º y 5º del Decreto 2700 de 1988, artículos 1º, 2º, 3º, 4º y 6º del Decreto 2162 de 1992 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
