Régimen de Bienestar Social, Capacitación y Seguridad Social. Al personal de empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar les serán aplicadas las normas vigentes y demás que aclaren, modifiquen o sustituyan el régimen sobre bienestar, capacitación y seguridad social e inherentes sobre esta materia.

Parágrafo

Autorízase al Gerente General para invertir los recursos del Fondo de Bienestar Social y Cultural de la Empresa en los planes de bienestar social que a continuación se señalan y expedir la reglamentación interna necesaria

Planes recreativas y vacacionales.

2.

Auxilios y préstamos para estudio.

3.

Auxilios y préstamos por calamidad doméstica comprobada.

4.

Otras actividades tendientes al bienestar social y cultural de los empleados y sus familias. CAPITULO XII. Disposiciones finales
