Destínase la suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00) para la reconstrucción del edificio del matadero y pabellón de carnes en el Municipio de Puente Nacional. Esta suma será puesta a órdenes del Tesorero Municipal tan pronto los planos de la obra se hallen aprobados por el Ministerio de Obras Publicas y la Dirección Nacional de Higiene.
