Delitos no relacionados con el servicio. No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, en ningún caso podrán considerarse como relacionados con el servicio los delitos de tortura, el genocidio y la desaparición forzada, entendidos en los términos definidos en convenios y tratados internacionales ratificados por Colombia.
