ARTICULO 2o . Presunción de inocencia . En desarrollo de las actuaciones penales prevalece el principio de la presunción de inocencia según el cual toda persona se presume inocente, y debe ser tratada como tal mientras no se produzca una declaración judicial definitiva sobre su responsabilidad penal.
