Entiéndese por vinculación de un taxi a una empresa de esta modalidad, la adición de una unidad al parque automotor de dicha empresa. Para el caso de empresas de persona Jurídica, la vinculación se formaliza con un contrato entre el propietario del vehículo y la empresa y se legaliza ante las autoridades competentes con la expedición de la tarjeta de operación.
