Trámite de las recusaciones. Cuando exista una causal de impedimento en cualquiera de los miembros de la Comisión y no fuere manifestada por él, podrá ser recusado por el interesado en el asunto a decidir, allegando las pruebas que pretenda hacer valer. La recusación será resuelta conforme al trámite previsto para los impedimentos.
